These terms govern use of the SafeCommand marketing website (safecmd.in / safecmd.com). This is a first version pending legal review. They do not govern the SafeCommand product, which is subject to a separate agreement.

This site is informational. Nothing here is a contract, warranty, or guarantee of any outcome. Safety outcomes depend on many factors beyond software.
No safety guarantee
SafeCommand is an operational, coordination, and compliance-evidence layer on top of physical safety measures — never a substitute for exits, extinguishers, NOCs, or trained personnel. We do not claim to prevent disasters.
Intellectual property
All content, marks, and design on this site are the property of SafeCommand unless stated otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful content through its forms.
